The European Union (Special Conditions Applicable to the Import of Guar Gum Originating in or Consigned from India due to Contamination Risks by Pentachlorophenol and Dioxins) Regulations 2015
These Regulations give effect to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/175 of 5 February 2015 laying down special conditions applicable to the import of guar gum originating in or consigned from India due to contamination risks by pentachlorophenol and dioxins.
These Regulations should be read in conjunction with the European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin) Regulations 2010 (S.I.
