The European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2002 (S.I. No. 483 of 2002), as previously amended by the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 257 of 2003), the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 451 of 2003), the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 528 of 2003), the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 228 of 2005), the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 514 of 2005), the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 647 of 2005) and the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 376 of 2007)

These Regulations implement Commission Directive 2006/142/EC of 22 December 2006 amending Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council listing the ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs
