Appointment of Board Members to the Grangegorman Development Agency

The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) is a statutory agency established in 2006 by the Government under the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 to redevelop the former St. Brendan’s Hospital grounds in Dublin City Centre.  The GDA aims to create a vibrant new city quarter with a diverse mix of uses, in a way that is sensitive to the context of Grangegorman site, its surrounding neighbourhoods and the existing community.

Under the legislation establishing the Agency, the Minister for Health nominates two of the 15 Board members, at least one of whom shall be an officer of the HSE.  The term of office of the current board members expires on 12 May, 2015.

Expressions of interest are invited from applicants who consider they possess the skills and have the experience necessary to join the Board of GDA.  Candidates who wish to be considered for the nomination of the Minister for Health should title their application – Health Nomination and should submit applications via the following link together with a detailed CV and cover letter, before the closing date for applications which is midnight on 23, April 2015.
