2017 Values Conference

The second Values Conference was held on Tuesday 16 May 2017 at Dublin Castle.

The Chief Nursing Officer, Department of Health; the Director of the Nursing and Midwifery Services, Health Service Executive; and the President of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland hosted this conference to showcase Nursing and Midwifery Values in Practice.

This was the first year a bursary award was presented at the Values Conference. The bursary award was presented to recognise nurses and midwives who demonstrated a commitment to promoting the core values that underpinned their practice: Compassion, Care and Commitment.
