2012 National Patient Safety Conference

The 2nd National Patient Safety Conference took place in the Royal College of Physicians on Thursday 9th February 2012. The aim of the conference was to promote the objectives of “Patient Safety First”, provide updates in relation to current development and provide a forum for networking and interaction between key stakeholders in relation to the patient safety agenda.
